- We designed a user-friendly interface for KEOM Protocol’s crypto lending market platform, ensuring ease of use and accessibility.
- Through data monitoring, A/B testing, user surveys, and usability tests, we refined the platform to align with user behavior and preferences.
- We developed a visually appealing and functional landing page using Webflow, incorporating responsive design for cross-device compatibility.
- Our team designed conceptual products, including a margin trading platform, an AI-based leveraged market platform, and a real-world asset market, all aligned with KEOM Protocol’s vision.

- Data Monitoring & User Testing:
We conducted comprehensive data analysis using tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics, alongside A/B tests, user surveys, and usability tests. This data-driven approach allowed us to refine the platform based on real user behavior and feedback, significantly enhancing the user experience.
- No-Code Development & Landing Page Design:
Our team designed and developed the landing page in Webflow using no-code tools, enabling rapid deployment without compromising on visual quality. The page was optimized for responsiveness, ensuring accessibility across all devices. - Lending Market dApp & Conceptual Product Designs:
We designed the core lending market dApp and conceptualized innovative products such as a margin trading platform and an AI-based leveraged market platform. Each product was crafted to align with KEOM Protocol’s brand and user needs. - Competitor Analysis:
By analyzing competitors on platforms like DefiLlama and Coinmarketcap, we identified key trends and features in the decentralized finance market. These insights informed our design strategy, ensuring KEOM Protocol remained competitive and user-focused. - Brand Design & 3D Assets:
We developed KEOM Protocol’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products. Additionally, we created 3D assets using Spline to enhance the platform’s visual appeal and user engagement. - Cross-Functional Collaboration in Agile:
Working closely with Product Managers, developers, and the marketing team, we led the design process in an Agile environment. This collaboration ensured alignment with product goals and timely delivery of all design milestones.
