PROCESS & SOLUTIONS
1. User Research
We conducted qualitative interviews with CTOs, IT managers, and compliance officers to understand:
- Their hesitation around tools using AI on internal communications
- The role of privacy in vendor selection
- Friction points with current messaging tools
Key insight: Buyers don’t want just features, they want control, transparency, and zero AI interference.
2. Information Architecture
We restructured the site into a logical, benefit-first layout:
- Hero with strong value proposition: “Secure Enterprise Messenger”
- Feature-driven subpages with interactive breakdowns (encryption, file sending, key management)
- Trust-building sections with testimonials, logos, compliance seals
3. Design System & Visual Language
- Adopted a modern, trustworthy visual style (dark/light mix, confident typography, blue tones for credibility)
- Integrated iconography and badges to communicate security credentials visually
- Built scalable components for cards, feature blocks, pricing tables, and form layouts
4. Key Pages Designed
- 🔐 Homepage with privacy-first messaging
- 📦 Features breakdown page (end-to-end encryption, key rotation, etc.)
