Q: What is a design subscription?

A design subscription gives you ongoing access to Beew for a fixed recurring fee. Instead of hiring a full-time designer or starting a new project every time you need something, you can continuously request product, web, brand and Framer work through one flexible partnership.

Q: How does Beew's design subscription work?

You add requests to a shared queue, prioritize what matters most, and we work through them based on your plan. You can add new requests, reorder priorities and give feedback while we keep the process organized and transparent.

Q: Is there really no limit on requests?

Yes. You can add as many requests as you want to your backlog. The only limit is how many requests are actively being worked on at the same time, depending on your subscription plan.

Q: How fast will I receive my designs?

Most small and medium requests receive meaningful progress within 2–4 business days. Larger or more complex work is divided into clear milestones so you continue seeing progress without waiting weeks.

Q: What counts as one request?

A request is a clearly defined piece of work, such as a landing page, product flow, dashboard feature, Framer implementation or pitch deck update. Larger requests may be broken into smaller milestones to keep delivery fast and predictable.

Q: What's the difference between Essential and Priority?

Essential is designed for teams that need consistent ongoing design support with one active request at a time. Priority is built for faster-moving teams and includes two active requests, priority turnaround, deeper product and UX support, motion, advanced systems work and regular design calls.

Q: Can you work with our existing product and design system?

Absolutely. We can work inside your existing Figma files, component libraries, brand guidelines and product systems. We can also improve or extend those systems when needed.

Q: Is Framer development included?

Yes. Framer design and development can be handled within the subscription when it fits the scope of the request. We can take a website from Figma through responsive implementation, CMS, interactions, motion and launch.

Q: Do you offer custom projects?

Yes. If you have a clearly defined project with a fixed scope, timeline and deliverables, a custom project may be a better fit. We take on selected product design, websites, branding, design systems and Framer projects separately from subscriptions.

Q: Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Standard subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Depending on your plan, unused subscription time may also be paused and resumed later. Founding memberships may include a minimum commitment period.
